Vey energetic and expressive orange wine with salinity on the palate and wild dried fruit aromatics.
Grapes: 100% Zibbibo (one of the rarest grapes in the word, was cultivated in acient Egypt and brought to Sicilly and Pantelleria by the Phoenicians and the Greeks around 800 BC; extraordinary aromatic grape and very resilient to changing harsh climat)
Vinification: Maceration on skins 30 days. Aged 1 year in stainless stell and then rested 2 more years in 500 l amphorae. No sulfites added.
