Really complex orange wine with rich, oily structure, intense dried friut aromas and hints of coffe, field flowers and zest, with soft, yet uitspoken tannins. Serious refined wine with very well integrated alcohol.
Grapes: 100% Friulano (typical local variety, relative of Sauvignon Blanc known both as Sauvignon Vert and Sauvignonasse)
Vinification: macerated for 2-3 months, aged 2 more years in oak barrels and then 1 year more in bottles.
Serving temerature: around 15 ° C.
