Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Completely naturally made Sauvignon (NO additives) of extreem cleanliness and precision, crystally sonorous, very mineral and fresh.
Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc.
Vinifiction: Whole bunch maceration for two days. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Bottled in spring 2019 after storage for three years on yeasts “sur lies”.
