Vipava Valley, Slovenia
Light and lively white wine of golden yellow in color, with wild aromatics of overripe fruit and dried flowers and fresh long finish.
Grapes: Malvazija 40 %, Pinela 30 % and Rebula 30 %.
Vinification: 5 days macerated on skins. Matured for 12 months in oak barrels on lees. Dash of sulphur added before bottling.
