Malvasia and Vitovska Cuvee 2018
Interesting pretty fresh orange wine. Good acidity and calm aromatics of two most common local grapes in it's own peculiar, clear style.
Grapes: 50/50 Malvasia/Vitovska
Vinification: about 10 days skin contact, fermentation and aging in glass containers. Cuvee rest in inox 1 monthe before bottling, when dash of sulfites is being added (up to 20 mg/l total).
