Pretty clean orange wine with full pretty strong aromas of apricot compote, orange peel and tea tones. Taste of earthy expression, spices and herbs with nice aftertaste.
Grapes: 50/50 Pálava (local grape) and Riesling.
Vinification: fermented for 14 days on mash in an open vat, macerated on skins for 4 weeks and then matured on fine sludge for 10 months in an acacia barrel.
