Medium-bodied light orange wine. Not only with characteristic for all Zidarich's wines saltiness and minerality, but also with a bit of oily, silky texture and more expressed citrus and herbal aromas.
Grapes: 60% Sauvignon, 20% Vitovska, 20% Malvasia.
Vinification: 14 days maceration on skins, aged in oak barrels for 2 years. Dash of sulphur added before bottling.
The vines are facing the sea and grow on a thin red soil, spreading the roots deep down through meters of limestone.
