Noble pretty fersh and very mineral red blend. Fruity and earthy notes are nicely balanced with saltiness and tannins.
Grapes: 50% Merlot, 50%Teran
Vinification: 1 month maceration on skins, aged in small oak barrels 2 years. Dash of sulphur added before bottling.
The vines are facing the sea and grow on a thin red soil, spreading the roots deep down through meters of limestone.
